About Graze
It’s been 17 years since the first flavour-packed graze box landed on a doorstep, and the brand’s hunger for innovation is still just as insatiable as it was back on that day. Inventive flavours. A benefit (or two). Simple, wholesome ingredients. This 4-punnet box became Graze’s legacy, and it’s one they’re extremely proud of.
15 years of snacking
The concept of the Graze box was conceived in 2005, sparking the founders' journey to bring it to life. By 2015, Graze proudly introduced their iconic punnets in 1,600 retail stores across the UK. Today, you can savour a diverse selection of sweet and savoury snacks, made with simple ingredients.

The Graze Range

On the go
For the grazers, movers, and shakers. Pop your favourite sweet and savoury snacks in your bag or pocket to enjoy wherever hunger strikes.
Snacks with benefits
Graze snacks are made from simple ingredients, without compromising on taste. Each Graze snack is made with wholegrains, fruits, vegetables or nuts, and includes at least one of the following:
- Plant protein
- Fibre
- One of your essential vitamins and minerals
Some may even have all 3!

Nutritionally Balanced
All of the Graze snacks are perfectly portioned, with no snack over 250 kcals, and at least 50% coming in under 150 kcals. Graze makes sure that all of their snacks have responsible thresholds on calories, sugar, salt and saturated fat, as well as all snacks being vegetarian and two-thirds vegan.
The Oat Boost flapjacks are leaders for sugar content in the cereal bar aisle with 45% less sugar[a], and they’ve reduced the saturated fat in them by 45% since they first landed on the shelves.

Becoming a B Corp
Graze became a B Corp in February 2021, and they couldn’t be any prouder. Their aim is to have a positive impact on all our stakeholders, from workers to grazers and, of course, the planet. Becoming a B Corp has meant they’re constantly hunting out ways to do better, to be better and to snack their way to a future we all want to be part of.

The impact reports
Graze are committed to balancing people and planet with profit. If you want to find out how they’re doing this, then you can find out in their Impact Report (PDF 2.77 MB), or head to the Graze website for more information.
