Pamela Dickson

Pamela joined Unilever in 1990 and has worked widely across the Unilever business, predominantly in Finance but also in Supply Chain and Customer Management. Her career has spanned local operations, regional leadership and global strategic roles including Finance Director Central & Eastern Europe, Global Finance Director for Laundry, Sara Lee Finance Integration Director and VP Finance Nordics. Most recently Pamela worked for 6 years establishing and acquiring the new Prestige beauty portfolio. Pamela took on the role of CFO UK and Ireland in May 2021.
