What will I be doing?
You’ll be working with a range of the world’s leading technology partners like Google, Microsoft and Salesforce as well as ground-breaking startups and industry innovators to solve business challenges on a global scale. What do we look for?
You don’t need a technical qualification to join BTM. In fact, most of our graduates don’t have one. But a genuine passion for business, brands and technology is a must. It takes a mix of insight and creative business thinking to succeed, the limitless opportunities at Unilever creates fully engaging innovative entrepreneurship. If you’re ambitious and excited by the most recent technological developments and like to think strategically about how their value could be harnessed on a global scale, this is for you.
We look for minimum of a 2.1 degree from any discipline
What will the programme involve?
Over three years, you’ll take at least three rotations in cross-functional and global teams, with the possibility of working internationally. You’ll get hands on experience with real problems, from the Innovation team to Services, from changing the way Magnum is stored to collaborating with a digital agency to create a new gaming platform.
Future focussed feedback and challenging goals drives innovation and ambition within a performance culture and an inclusive and informal environment. Your rotations could be based at different business units across Europe and you will need to be flexible about where you are based during your time on the scheme.
On an industrial placement within BTM, you will carry out one role during the placement.
