Customer Development (Sales) ensures that our brands are available wherever the shopper wishes to buy them. Our Customer Development teams build partnerships with a wide range of our customers, from supermarkets to online retailers to theme parks. This could mean working together to maximize a new product launch, recommending the right range of products, or negotiating an annual business plan.
Apprenticeships programmes in Customer Development include Associate Project Manager, Business Administrator, Customer Service Specialist, Business to Business Sales Professional and Chartered Manager. Upon completion of these programmes an apprentice will receive a nationally recognised qualification. The availability of these programmes are subject to demand from our business and will not always be available each time we recruit.
