HR business partner - brand development
"Organisation design, one to one coaching, designing and delivering experiences to drive the business forward are the challenges I face everyday.
I started my career with Ford Motor Company then moved to Unilever in 2003 working for Unilever Research and Development as HR Business partner for a number of different global technology centres such as Deodorants across two different sites. In July of this year I moved to Unilever Home and Personal Care Europe and am now the HR business partner for marketing, working with the brand directors on Dove, Sure, Persil and Lynx to name a few.
Since joining Unilever I feel that I have grown both professionally and personally having benefited from a personal coach and significant investment in my HR tool-kit including management of change and diagnostics such as the Myers Briggs Type indicator.

When I am not working you will find me climbing the mountains of Snowdonia, enjoying the gastronomic delights of London and pounding the treadmill in the gym. I also enjoy travelling and following a recent trip to Sri Lanka I am planning the next adventure…New Zealand."
