"Marketing with Unilever has allowed me to travel the world speaking with and watching consumers to discover what really makes them tick, create new products to meet consumer needs and developing new advertising and communication ideas. 

I’m currently working in Brand Development as a Global Project Leader in the Deodorants category working on a new product launch for all Unilever deodorant brands. I work with a team across the world to ensure the product we develop suits the needs of our worldwide consumer. One week I can be in a home with a family in the Philippines, the next having dinner with a Russian family in Moscow. 

Before this I worked for two years in Paris in the Hair Innovation Centre. I worked as a European Brand Manager launching Sunsilk into Europe, ensuring the brand was created in the way we wanted and developing new product ideas and advertising to go with it. Culturally it was fascinating and weekly French lessons proved to be a valuable experience.

My eight year marketing career in Unilever has allowed me to work with some of the best brains around, manage leading brands such as Timotei and travel extensively. There’s always a new challenge and a great debate to be had to ensure the best mix enters the market place meeting consumers needs. I’ve been able to follow my love of travel, culture, people, food and wine. It’s a lively place to work where great ideas and a willingness to do things differently is encouraged!"
