"I've worked on a variety of projects, from UK brand launches to European strategic brand development and have most recently been asked to look after profit delivery and marketing of Lipton Ice Tea.

I'd say the best thing here is the sense of opportunity for our people.  Its a genuinely open-minded and optimistic bunch who make a difference in the work they do.  I think this has become stronger over the last few years with the type of people we recruit.  Personally, I enjoy working with a variety of people.  Sitting around me at the moment I have two French guys, one Polish girl with a Swedish husband, a South African and a few English folk.  The opportunity for good jokes and getting new perspectives on our work is endless.

A strong point of the people here is that there's no dominant 'in-crowd'.  People have their friends, but there are many different outlooks and ways to be part of a social work life.  I enjoy running with people some lunchtimes, I meet others for a pint sometimes after work, others join the gardening club, go to the theatre or play footy.  There are plenty of opportunities rather than obligations to join in.

The one thing that we can improve is our focus.  Being optimistic and creative, we can get torn between good opportunities and need to fight to stay focused on what we want to achieve.
