Starting your career

Supply Chain
How do you get 12,000 litres of ice cream across the desert without it melting?
This team manages every stage of our supply process, starting with sourcing raw materials and ending with timely delivery. Whether it’s face cream or ice-cream, Supply Chain are responsible for making sure our products are on the shelves, when consumers want them, at a good price. Whichever area you join – Supply Management, Manufacturing or Logistics – you’ll need to be a clear thinker with strong strategic, logistical skills.
Over at least four placements, you’ll get an inside view of several production sites and head office operations, which may include projects within supply management, logistics, planning and a factory team leadership role. You’ll also have the opportunity to work internationally. This is one area where we do have a degree preference: Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Finance or Business Administration. It will also be to your advantage if you have a second language or a willingness to learn one.
